These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the usage of/from Neuu-store, Neuu-Pantry, website - neuustore.com and Tiny Mart pods, stores, website - www.go.tinymart.in and App. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. - With this you give us consent to store and use your registered mobile number to reach out to you, via calls, messages, other modes which for all the transactional/ feedback related enquiries
- With this you give consent to use our products and services with prepaid means of payment where any unspent money available in your account will be eligible to be used against any of your future transactions done in Tiny Mart environment. You may choose to manually refund it through available modes like App/ website otherwise
- With this you give consent to use our products and services with postpaid means of payment where any unpaid money shall be eligible for deduction through any of the prelinked gateways/ wallets like Paytm, Lazy pay, Ola Money, etc or before next transaction through Tny Mart kiosk, app, website, etc.
- You agree to check the expiry/ other product conditions of the items you purchase from any of our pods, stores, website and other avenues before consuming the same. You are entitled to report the same through our dedicated customer care channels in case you wish to do the same.
- Tiny Mart holds no responsibility for any after effects of consumption of the goods sold. Customers are encouraged to read the package information / check the expiry before consumption.
- Any item that is not vended/ not picked by the customer before the closure of the door, will not be billed. Any money that has been paid by the customer for the same, can either be refunded by the customer or can be used for future transactions by the customer. The current pending amount, refunds can be seen under Wallet section.
- We take at most care in maintaining the fresh stock and prevent any damaged/ expired product reaching the kiosks. In case of purchasing an item(s) that was either expired/ damaged before the purchase time will be eligible for refund. This can be claimed by reaching out to our customer service team - through the App.
